New Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
NEW CLIENTS: If for any reason you decide to cancel your Individual Session, regardless of how much notice you give us, you forfeited 100% of your payment. However, if a scheduling conflict arises and you need to reschedule, we require 2-business days (Mon-Thur) notification of your request, in order to honor your payment for another day. (We are closed Fri-Sun, so these days do not count as 'business days'.) Anything less than 2-business days notice to reschedule, your payment will be forfeited and you will need to provide an additional non-refundable payment-in-full, to secure any future sessions. Please send a text or voice message to 417-204-3000 if you need to reschedule a session.

After a total of 3 cancellations, you forfeit ALL remaining sessions and services on your program. ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: Due to the overwhelming demand, yet lack of supply for appointments, we must implement a 2-business day cancellation and rescheduling policy. Your Individual Session must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2-business days prior to your appointment time, or you forfeit your pre-payment for that visit.
Your Continuous Improvement Program Session(s) must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2-business days prior to your appointment time, or you forfeit that session and it will be deducted from the remaining hours on your program. After a total of 3 cancellations, you forfeit ALL remaining sessions and services on your program.
There is NO charge to cancel or reschedule appointments prior to 2-business days. Our desire is to best serve our clients. Last minute cancellations/re-scheduling impacts our ability to offer quality, comprehensive care to clients, in an efficient and effective manner. We can no longer absorb the cost of clients missing their appointments.
As soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule, please send a text or voice message to 417-204-3000. This enables us to offer your appointment time to someone on our waiting list. We also understand emergencies happen. We will consider such situations on a verifiable, case-by-case basis.

LATE POLICY: We pride ourselves in starting every session on time, enabling us to provide excellent health care to each of our clients. If you anticipate being late, please send a text or voice message to 417-204-3000. If you are late, you are still responsible for the full cost of the scheduled session. For example, if you scheduled a 1-hour session, but arrive 30 minutes late, you will not be refunded for the portion you missed. In addition, we will not be able to extend your appointment past the scheduled ending time, as this would inconvenience multiple other clients. We also understand emergencies happen. We will consider such situations on a verifiable, case-by-case basis.

ALL CLIENTS –
- Individual Sessions Parts 1 & 2: A non-refundable payment-in-full is required to book your appointment.
- Individual Follow-Up/Additional Sessions: A non-refundable payment-in-full is required to book your appointment.
- Custom Programs: A non-refundable payment-in-full is required to begin your program, unless other arrangements have been approved.
Any and all sessions and/or programs offered by Healing Streams are non-refundable. This applies to ALL Individual Sessions and ALL Continuous Improvement Programs.
There are NO REFUNDS on Individual Sessions or Continuous Improvement Programs, regardless of circumstances!
